Cutie Covers

Trisha contacted me wanting a more professional looking header for her online store. She was so patient as I tried to design something for her that she was happy with. I think it turned out pretty nice. Professional indeed. Check out her items! If you've got a little one or know someone with little ones, her pieces are both practical and gorgeous to look at! Click the image to take you to her store and shop away!

Free Template Design Contest

I am starting a little contest here to jumpstart this blog. All you need to do is leave a comment on this post and next Saturday I will randomly pick a number and that corresponding comment will get a free custom design. Invite as many as your friends to comment. The more the merrier. Anyone that wants a free blogger template design, remember you have until July 26th midnight Mountain Standard time to leave your comment. Anything after will not be published. I will post the winner first thing Sunday morning. I look forward to working with you!

*Please keep in mind...this is only for blogger/blogspot blogs.

I thought I'd add this in to make things a little more interesting. If you would like to have another entry, put a post on your blog talking about this contest. Comment me telling me you have done this, and then I will check to see you have it on a post, and I will publish your post.

If you want a 3rd entry, recruit a friend over to comment. Tell them to leave a comment saying you sent them. Leave your comment, and I will publish it when I get your friends.

You can do these extra things if you want to increase your chances. What have you got to lose? :o)

I Kiss Better Than I Cook

This is my first template ever, and boy was it fun to make! I am so proud of it. It's like my little baby. Haha! You can totally tell my favorite colors are baby blue and yellow, and I absolutely love daisies! I actually drew the header image. That is my cartoon version of Jeremy and me! I think we look pretty cute! What do you think? If you want some yummy recipes, click the image.

About Me

Hello! Allow me to introduce myself! My name is Paty, and I am married to my true to life Prince Charming, Jeremy! We were married March 12, 2005, and it still feels like it was just yesterday! We live in sunny St. George, UT and love it! I am originally from McAllen, TX and moved up here to go to school. I fell in love with the area and decided to make it my home. Trust me, if you want beautiful scenery, this is definitely the place to be.

We've got no kiddos yet unless you count the baby Jeremy made me from Build-A-Bear that we named Stinky Bean. Yah, that's right! I said Stinky Bean. We named her that because I call Jeremy Stinky and he calls me Stinks. (Great pet names, huh?) It only seemed appropriate to keep the tradition going and name her what we did. We put it on the birth certificate and everything! Here's her picture!

And yes...I dressed her up like Cinderella. My favorite Disney Princess! I even wore glass slippers at my wedding. Well, plastic looking things that looked like glass slippers. Here's the proof....

We also have a pet beta fish named King Triton. He's been a very good fish. I'll admit, he's a replacement for two previous fish that we had for three years, but we love him just the same.

So, about this blog. It all started when I wanted to start a cooking blog. I was looking around for the perfect template. You know....one of those free templates you can download that 100 other people have as well. Nothing seemed to fit with what I imagined in my head. I found a designer that offered to design my template but was asking for a lot. I understand it takes a lot of work, but I think it should still be a little more affordable. That's when I took matters into my own hands! I basically taught myself how to design templates. Check out my very first template by clicking on the button below.

I am extremely proud of it. It took me forever to make though. About 3 months! After I was done, I just didn't know what to do with myself. I enjoyed it so much, and I wanted to make another one. How many blogs could I really keep going though? To keep me from giving my blog a makeover every week, I decided I wanted to make affordable custom templates for other people! This blog was then born. I must have learned a lot from my previous template because this template only took me about 3 days!

I'm so glad I was able to incorporate Cinderella into the theme of this blog. It is my all time favorite movie. It only seemed apppropriate to call myself the Fairy Blogmother. Pretty cute don't you think?

Don't hesitate to contact me if you want me to design a template for you. At the moment, I only make templates for blogger/blogspot. I look forward to working with you!
